Personal Information Collected
Urban FLRT collects information you supply us for orders or when you request additional information. The information may contain your name, address, email, telephone, credit card information and additional comments depending on whether you are requesting more information, making a purchase, or signing up for our mailing list or newsletter. Only Urban FLRT uses the information you provide and we do not sell or rent that information to others.
If you supply us with your postal address you may receive periodic mailings from us with information that may include new products and services, discounts, promotions, or upcoming events. Persons who supply us with a telephone number will only receive telephone contact from us for matters related to orders or other special requests.

Online purchase transactions are processed through the Shopify.com system which is PCI DSS compliant. Urban FLRT limits access to purchase transaction information to only those employees who have need to access that information.

Information Collected while Browsing
For each visitor to our Website (www.urbanflrt.com), we gather navigational information for the sole purpose of increasing accessibility for our users. We strive to increase the visibility of our most popular pages and products, and are regularly improving the navigability of our site. Urban FLRT endeavors to better understand shoppers’ experience. Tracking visitors enables us to enhance each visitor’s experience in the store and on our site. Urban FLRT does not sell or rent information to others.
Session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads.
