Shipping & Policies
General Information
Our goal is to have your Urban FLRT product in your hands in the shortest amount of time at the lowest cost possible. Our products are made-to-order so it may take up to 7 to 10 business day for an item to be received.
We ship orders via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail® to pretty much anywhere in the U.S. Except for Canada, we are not able to ship internationally at this time. If you require some other form of delivery service, please contact us at info@urbanflrt.com.
Tracking Your Order
When placing your order, be sure to provide us with an accurate email and phone number so we can communicate the status of your order. Upon submitting an order, you will receive an email message to confirm receipt. Our products are made-to-order so it may take 7 to 10 business days for an item to be received. The expected transit time within the U.S.A. is two to three days after the order is shipped.
Charges / Fees
Shipping and handling charges are applied to your order during the checkout process and are non-refundable.
- Orders weighing 0 - 5 lbs will be charged $8.00.
- Orders weighing 5 - 20 lbs will be charged $20.00.
- Canadian orders weighing 0 - 4 lbs will be charged $15.00
Cancellations and Returns
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations, unless the item(s) have not been sent for production. Each item is checked before shipping to ensure that you will receive a quality product. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a $10.00 servicing fee.

- All orders and shipping selections are subject to verification.
- Shipping and handling charges are calculated before any applicable taxes.
- Where required by law, sales tax applies to shipping and handling.
